Once you have submitted your incident, find the incident record and open it.

Find the blue 'Edit' button in the top right of the pane

Locate the 'Asset' field and pick your chosen asset.

Scroll down to the blue 'Save' button the right hand side and click it.

You should now see that there is a site linked to your incident on the details tab.
