How to test your Safe Pro device

This article describes how to test your lone worker device

Testing Mode

 

To check if your Safe Pro alarm is working correctly, follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Double Tap the Power Button

  • Locate the power button on the side of your Safe Pro

  • Quickly double-tap the power button on the side of the device.

  • You’ll feel a long vibration and hear a voice prompt.

 

Step 2: Wait for the Voice Message

  • When prompted, say "Test device" clearly.

  • Follow the instructions provided in the voice prompts to test your device.

     

Step 3: System Test in Progress

 

The alarm will ask you to record a short message (e.g., “This is a test”).

This recording is used to check three things:

  • Network Connection ✅ – confirms the alarm can connect to the testing mode.

  • Microphone Test✅ – asks you to record a short message, so the alarm can confirm your microphone works.

  • Speaker Test ✅– plays your recorded message back to confirm sound output.

 

Step 4: End the Test

  • After the confirmation message, the device will automatically return to standby mode.

  • No further action is needed.
