How to export Event records

Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager, User

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

There are two ways to export Events, and they produce different things:

A single Event record as a PDF. This captures the full detail of one Event record, and is available to Account Owners and Managers.
Event data from the Events table as a CSV. This exports the rows shown in the Events table (the datagrid), not an individual record. Available to all roles, with different options depending on your role.

Note: This is only available to Account Owner and Manager user roles.

Go to 'Events' in the left sidebar.
Open the Event record you want to export.
Click the three-dot menu (...) in the top-right corner of the record.
Select 'Export'.
Choose whether to export fields from the current pipeline stage only, or fields from all pipeline stages.
Click 'Export'.

The PDF will download automatically.

Note: The exported PDF captures the Event details at the time of export. It doesn't update automatically if the Event record is edited afterwards.

The options available depend on your user role.

Export the current view or all records

Note: This is only available to Account Owner and Manager user roles.

Go to 'Events' in the left sidebar.
Click 'Export' in the toolbar above the Events table.
Choose how you would like to export your data:
- Export current view: Downloads a CSV file automatically.
- Export all records: Sends a CSV file to your email address. You'll receive an email from Vatix with a 'Download file' button when it's ready.
Click 'Export'.

Note: This is only available to Users.

The CSV file will download automatically.
