How to restore dashboards through version history

You can use version history whenever you've made significant edits or want to experiment with design changes and have the option to roll back easily.

How to access dashboard version history

At the top right of your page, you'll find the 'Dashboard' button. Clicking on it will show a list of options where you can select 'Version history'.

Viewing previous dashboard versions

Click on any version in the list to preview how your dashboard looked at that point in time. This won't save or restore anything automatically. It simply allows you to view the dashboard at that moment.

This is useful if you want to see previous layouts, configurations, or data connections. It also helps if something has been changed or deleted by mistake.

How to restore a previous dashboard version

To restore a version of the dashboard, click 'Restore version' in the top left.

A confirmation window will appear asking you if you're sure. Once you confirm and click restore, your dashboard will revert to that saved version.
