How to change your password

Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager, User

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

This article applies to accounts that log in with email and password. If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, your password is managed in your identity provider, not in Vatix.

How to change your password

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click 'Profile Settings'.
  3. Under 'Profile Settings' on the left, click 'Security'.
  4. Click 'Change Password'.
  5. Enter your current password.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  7. Click 'Update password'.

What happens next

Your password is updated immediately. You'll need to use the new password the next time you log in on any device.

Tip: A strong password is at least 12 characters and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
