How to change a user's role

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

You can change a user's role at any time.

How to change a user's role

  1. Go to 'Admin' in the left sidebar.
  2. Go to 'Users'.
  3. Click the user whose role you want to change.
  4. Click the 'Product Access' tab.
  5. Under 'Role', select the new role: 'Account Owner', 'Manager', or 'User'.
  6. Click 'Save'.

The change will take effect immediately.

Note: Promoting a User to Manager doesn't automatically grant them visibility into existing Events. Managers need to be added as collaborators, either manually or via assignment rules, to see specific Events. Promoting to Account Owner does grant immediate visibility across the whole account, including Events.
