How to create a form template (Audits)

This article describes how you can use Vatix Workspace to create form templates using the Audits module.

Please note that to create form templates on the Workspace web app, you must be an Account Owner.

 

How to create a form template:

 

1. Log in to https://admin.vatix.com/login/. Click on the Audits tab and click on Form Templates.

 

 

2. Click on 'Create Template'

 

 

3. Name your template and create the questions

 

Congratulations! You have successfully created your first form template. Your users can now download the Vatix app and use it to complete checks and inspections.
