How to create an Audit Form Template

How to create a new Audit Form Template
- Go to 'Audits' in the left sidebar.
- Click 'Form Templates'.
- Click 'Create Template'.
- Enter a name in the 'Template Name' field at the top of the page.
- Add sections and questions to build your template.
- Click 'Publish' when the template is ready to use.
Once published, the template becomes available for use in Audits.
When creating a new Audit Form Template, you can build it using:
- sections to group related questions
- questions for each check or prompt
- response types that define how answers are recorded
- required fields for mandatory answers
Note: The 'Form Templates' section is only visible to users with the Account Owner role. Users with the User or Manager role can use saved Audit Form Templates by going to 'Forms', clicking 'New', and selecting the relevant Audit Form Template.
Note: If you save a template without publishing it, it will remain unavailable to users completing Audits.
