How to add and manage comments in Documents
Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager, User

How to add a comment in Documents
- Go to 'Documents' in the left sidebar.
- Open the document you want to comment on.
- Highlight the text you want to comment on.
- In the floating toolbar, click 'Comment'.
- Enter your comment.
- Click 'Send'.
Text with a comment is marked with a yellow underline. When you hover over the text, it becomes highlighted, and you can click it to open the comment.
How to manage comments in Documents
- Go to 'Documents' in the left sidebar.
- Open the document you want to review.
- To open the comments panel, click commented text in the document or click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select 'Comments'.
In the comments panel, you can:
- reply to a comment in a thread, keeping related feedback grouped together
- resolve a comment
- edit or delete a comment
- switch between the 'Open' and 'Resolved' tabs to view active or resolved comments
