How to add a question to an Audit Form Template

1. Open the relevant Audit Form template.
2. Go to the section where you want to add a question.
3. Click '+ Add Question' at the bottom of the section.
4. Enter the question text.
5. Select the response type from the dropdown on the right.

How to edit a question in an Audit Form Template

1. Open the relevant Audit Form template.
2. Click into the question text field.
3. Update the wording as needed.
4. Adjust the response type if required.

How to reorder questions in an Audit Form Template

1. Open the relevant Audit Form Template.
2. Find the question you want to move.
3. Drag the handle on the left side of the question row.
4. Drop the question into its new position.

How to make a question required in an Audit Form Template

1. Open the relevant Audit Form Template.
2. Find the question you want to make required.
3. Turn on the 'Required' toggle on the right side of the question row.

How to duplicate a question in an Audit Form Template

1. Open the relevant Audit Form Template.
2. Find the question you want to copy.
3. Click the copy icon on the right side of the question row.

A duplicate of the question will be added below it, including the same response type and required setting.
