How to change a lone worker's Alarm Response Profile
Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager
Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app
- Go to 'Lone Working' in the left sidebar.
- Select 'Manage'.
- Find the user in the list. Use the search bar if needed.
- In the 'Alarm Response Profile' column, click the existing Alarm Response Profile tag next to the user's name.
- Select the new Alarm Response Profile from the list.
The updated Alarm Response Profile will be active immediately.
