How to customise your Events list view
Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager, User
Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app
You can personalise how your Events list looks and behaves, including which columns are visible, how rows are filtered, and how densely rows are displayed. These settings are personal to your account and don't affect what other users in your organisation see.
How to show or hide columns
Note: Configuring columns is not available to the User role.
- Go to 'Events' in the left sidebar.
- Click 'Columns' above the table.
- Select or deselect the fields you want to display. You can use the search bar to find a specific field.
How to manage columns
You can adjust individual columns. Click the three-dot menu on any column header to:
- sort the column ascending or descending
- pin it to the left or right side of the table
- open the 'Filters' panel
- hide the column
You can also drag the edge of any column header to resize it.
How to customise filters
- Go to 'Events' in the left sidebar.
- Click 'Filters' above the table.
- Select the field you want to filter by (for example, 'Type' or 'Status').
- Enter or select the value you want to filter to.
You can apply multiple filters at the same time.
How to change row density
- Go to 'Events' in the left sidebar.
- Click 'Density' above the table.
- Select 'Compact', 'Standard', or 'Comfortable'.
Note: These settings are saved to your account, so they stay the same when you use a different browser or device.
