How to delete an Alarm Response Profile

Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

  1. Go to 'Lone Working' in the left sidebar.
  2. Select 'Alarm Response Profiles'.
  3. Find the Alarm Response Profile in the list.
  4. Click the three-dot menu at the end of its row.
  5. Select 'Remove'.
  6. Confirm when prompted.

Note: you cannot delete an Alarm Response Profile that has users assigned to it. Reassign those users to a different Alarm Response Profile before deleting.
