How to duplicate an Audit Form Template

Duplicating a template is useful when you want to create a new version based on an existing structure instead of building one from scratch.

How to duplicate an Audit Form Template

1. Go to 'Audits' in the left sidebar.
2. Click 'Form Templates'.
3. Find the template you want to duplicate.
4. Click the three-dot menu on the right of the template row.
5. Click 'Duplicate'.
6. Update the duplicated template as needed.
7. Click 'Publish' when it is ready to use.
   
   

You may want to duplicate an Audit Form Template if:

• a new Audit is similar to an existing one
• you want to create a version for a different Site
• you want to test changes without editing the original template
