How to edit an Audit Form Template

Applies to user roles: Account Owner

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

You can edit an existing Audit Form Template to update its name, sections, questions, response types, or required settings.

How to edit an Audit Form Template

  1. Go to 'Audits' in the left sidebar.
  2. Click 'Form Templates'.
  3. Open the Audit Form Template you want to update.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click 'Save'.

 

You can update:

  • the template name
  • section titles
  • question text
  • question order
  • response types
  • whether a question is required

Note: If a template has already been used in submitted Audits, any changes will apply to future Audits only. Previously submitted Audits are not affected.
