How to link a Task to a Site

You can link a Task to a Site to keep track of work that needs to be completed in relation to that Site:

1. Go to 'Sites' in the left sidebar.
2. Open the Site you want to link the Task to.
3. Click the 'Related' tab.
4. Click 'New Task'.
5. Enter the Task name, assignee and due date.
6. Click 'Create Task'.

The Task will be linked to the Site record. If notifications are enabled, the assignee may also receive an email notification.

How to link an Audit to a Site

You can link an Audit to a Site so that Audit records stay connected to the relevant Site record:

1. Go to 'Sites' in the left sidebar.
2. Open the Site you want to link the Audit to.
3. Click the 'Related' tab.
4. Click 'New Audit'.
5. Select the form template you want to use.
6. Complete the Audit form.
7. Click 'Submit'.

O, the Audit will be linked to the Site and will appear in the 'Related' tab.

How to link Sites to other records using Lookup fields

You can create additional relationships between Sites and other records (Contacts, Assets, Events and Documents) by using Lookup fields.
