How to send a password reset email or resend an invitation

Account Owners can trigger a password reset or resend a setup invitation for any user in their organisation, directly from that user's profile. This is useful when a user can't sign in, has forgotten their password, or their original invitation email was missed.
How to send a password reset email
Use this when a user has already signed in before but needs to set a new password.
- Go to 'Admin' in the left sidebar.
- Select 'Users'.
- Click the user's name to open their profile.
- In the top-right corner of the profile page, click the three-dot menu.
- Select 'Send password reset email'.
- Review the confirmation prompt, then click 'Send reset email'.
A password reset link is sent to the user's email address. Their current password continues to work until they use the link to set a new one.
How to resend an invitation
Use this when a user was added to the platform but never completed their account setup.
- Go to 'Admin' in the left sidebar.
- Select 'Users'.
- Click the user's name to open their profile.
- In the top-right corner of the profile page, click the three-dot menu.
- Select 'Select Resend invitation'.
- Review the confirmation prompt, then click 'Resend invitation'.
The user receives a new setup email with a link to set their password and sign in.
