How to use the AI Assistant in Documents

The AI Assistant can help you generate, refine, and improve text in your Document based on your prompt. You can use it to draft new content, rework existing text, and make your writing clearer or more polished.

How to use the AI Assistant to generate and edit documents

  1. Go to 'Documents' in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the Document you want to work on.

  3. Type new text or highlight existing text in the document.

  4. In the floating toolbar, click 'Ask AI'.

  5. Enter your prompt.

  6. Click 'Generate' and wait while the response is generated.

  7. Review the suggested text.

  8. Highlight any part of the suggested text to open the action menu with 'Accept' and 'Reject' options. You do not need to highlight the whole suggestion, as the action applies to all of it.

  9. Click 'Accept' to insert the suggested text into the document, or click 'Reject' to discard it.
