Vatix product updates - 3 June 2026

This release adds a redesigned notification inbox, a schedule preview in Audits, and a roomier document editor with a persistent toolbar, plus a small terminology change in Events.

Notification inbox

Your notification inbox has a new design. Each notification now shows the module it relates to (for example Events or Audits) with a direct link to the record, and you can filter to unread only, mark everything as read, and search your notification history. It is easier to see and act on what needs your attention.

Audits

When you set up or edit a recurring audit schedule, you now see a 'Next 3 audits' preview: the next three occurrences with their start and end dates, so you can check the dates land as expected before saving.

Documents

• The document editor now has a toolbar fixed to the top, so formatting tools stay within reach as you scroll.

• The editor now uses more of the screen width, with narrower side margins, so you have more room to read and edit your content.

Events

The 'Resolution Date' field is now called 'Close Date' across list views, filters, exports, and reports. The underlying data is unchanged.

Data warehouse integration

We are now rolling out a way to sync your Vatix data into your own data warehouse, such as BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake, on a recurring schedule. If it would be useful for your organisation, speak to your account manager.
