Vatix product updates - V26.12.0
This update brings one file size limit across Vatix Workspace, more on every risk in the Risk Register, and more employee details synced through SCIM.
Across Vatix
One file size limit across Vatix Workspace
Attachments now share one limit, 25 MB, across a record's activity feed and attachments tab, answers on a form, including public forms, documents and actions. That's enough for most photos, documents and short video clips.
If a file is over the limit, you're told straight away, with the file's name and the limit, before anything uploads.
For more information, see how to add and delete comments, mentions, and attachments on an event.
Risk Register
A target rating for every risk
Next to inherent and residual risk, each risk now has a target risk: the level you're aiming for once your controls are in place. It's scored on the same five by five matrix, and the arrow from the residual rating shows how far there is still to go. You can add target risk as a column in the register too.
Comments, files and history on every risk
A risk record now has its own activity feed, so the discussion about a risk stays with it, and an attachments tab for the evidence behind a decision, such as a quote for remedial work. The history tab shows each change to the record, who made it and when, including how its scores moved.
For more information, see how to score a risk and getting started with the Risk Register.
Settings
More employee details synced through SCIM
If your organisation uses SCIM provisioning to add people to Vatix from your identity provider, more of each person's details can now come across and stay up to date on their own: job title, department, cost centre, line manager, country, employee ID, employment type, region, site, start date and up to five details of your own.
Each detail you choose is mapped to an attribute in your directory, which then owns it, so the value in Vatix always matches. Dynamic groups built on those details stay accurate too: someone who moves department in your directory moves between groups at the same time.
For more information, see how to set up SCIM provisioning with Vatix and how to set up a dynamic group with membership rules.
