How to delete an event
Managers and Account Owners can remove incidents in two ways:
Click on the 'Events' tab, click on the three dots next to the event you wish to delete and select 'Delete'. You will need to type 'DELETE' to confirm.
Click on the 'Events' tab and select an individual Event record. Click on the three dots button and select 'Delete'. You will need to type 'DELETE' to confirm.
What if I accidentally delete an event?
If you accidentally delete an event and need to recover it, please contact support@vatix.com.
