How to delete an event

Managers and Account Owners can remove incidents in two ways:

  • Click on the 'Events' tab, click on the three dots next to the event you wish to delete and select 'Delete'. You will need to type 'DELETE' to confirm.

  • Click on the 'Events' tab and select an individual Event record. Click on the three dots button and select 'Delete'. You will need to type 'DELETE' to confirm.

What if I accidentally delete an event?

If you accidentally delete an event and need to recover it, please contact support@vatix.com.
