Now you have created your Alarm Response Profiles, you will need to link them to each user to ensure they can get the right help in an emergency. Each user must have an Alarm Response Profile assigned to them before being assigned a Safe Pro device or a mobile app licence.
To assign an Alarm Response Profile to a user:

Click 'Lone Working' in the navigation bar.

Click on the 'Manage' tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you will see all the users that you have added. If you have not added your users, see this guide on how to do so.

Click ‘+ Add profile’, then select from the list of available profiles or use the search bar. If you have not set up your Alarm Response Profiles yet, see this guide on how to do so.
Now that you have assigned an Alarm Response Profile to your users, you can assign Safe Pro devices or mobile app licences to your users.
