How to assign an Alarm Response Profile to a user

Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

Every lone worker must have an Alarm Response Profile assigned before a Safe Pro device or Lone Worker app licence can be assigned to them. This ensures they are protected when using Lone Working.

  1. Go to 'Lone Working' in the left sidebar.
  2. Select 'Manage'.
  3. Find the user in the list. Use the search bar if needed.
  4. In the 'Alarm Response Profile' column, click '+ Add profile'.
  5. Select the Alarm Response Profile from the list.

Note: If the user already has an Alarm Response Profile assigned, click the existing profile in the 'Alarm Response Profile' column and select a different one from the drop-down list.

The Alarm Response Profile tag will appear in that column for the user. It will be active immediately.
