How to assign/unassign Lone Working user licences
Please note that this article is for Lone Working customers. Please see this article for information about Product licences. There are two types of licences to be aware of. User licences are what activate a user, and give users access to the system. Monitoring licences are what users need to be able to access the service using a Safe Pro or Lone Working app and get help in an emergency, either through Self-Monitoring or Vatix 24/7 Monitoring. These are used up when a user is assigned a device or a Lone Working app licence. This article is about assigning user licences.
To be able to assign a licence, you must be an Account Owner and have enough licences available to assign to users.
To check this, go to the 'Admin' tab, and select 'Licences' in the navigation bar.
You can assign a licence to an existing user or when creating a new user.

Unassigning a licence
You may want to remove a licence from a user if they have left your organisation or if you wish to reallocate one of your licences to a different user. If you wish to deactivate the user after removing their licence, please see this article.
Before unassigning any licences, ensure they do not have a device or Mobile App licence assigned to them. You can do this in the 'Lone Working' tab, under 'Manage'.
