An Alarm Response Profile is the list of emergency contacts who will be contacted when you raise an alert using the Safe Pro device or Lone Working app. It should consist of a minimum of 3 contacts, covering all hours if possible. This is to ensure that in the event an alarm is raised, someone is available to answer the call and provide assistance.
