Vatix product updates - V26.11.3

This update adds reusable Groups of people, gives Events pipelines more room, and puts your Assets and Sites on your phone.

Settings

Reusable Groups of people

Build a Group once, then use it in place of picking people one at a time. A manual Group holds the people you choose. A dynamic Group follows a rule on people's profile details, so it picks up a new starter and releases a leaver on its own.

Use a Group for:

• Document acknowledgement requests, so every member gets their own to complete.
• Document access, granted as people join and removed as they leave.
• Scheduled Audits, assigned to whoever is in the Group at the time.

You'll find Groups under 'Settings' > 'Organisation' > 'Groups'.

Events

Longer pipelines, and stage names you can read

An Events pipeline can now have up to 10 stages, where the limit was seven.

Long stage names are easier to read too, in the pipeline editor and on an Event record. A name too long for its space is shortened and stays inside its own stage, and hovering shows it in full. Where the stages together are wider than the space available, the row scrolls sideways with a chevron at each end.

Mobile app

Assets and Sites on your phone

You can now open your organisation's Assets and Sites in the app and edit a record there, without going to Vatix Workspace on the web.

Assets appear for Account Owners and Managers whose organisation has Assets, and Sites for those whose organisation has Sites.

One more shortcut on the navigation bar

The bar at the bottom of the app now holds four of your sections instead of three, with the full list of sections moving along to the fifth slot. One more of the places you go most is a single tap away.
