How to view and complete a Scheduled Audit
Learn how to find, view, start, and complete a Scheduled Audit in Vatix.
Who this is for
Users assigned Scheduled Audits. If you have an Account Owner or Manager role, learn about creating and managing Scheduled Audits in this article.

Before you start
- You need an active Audits licence to see Scheduled Audits.
- Scheduled Audits become available to start on their start date. Until then, they show as 'Upcoming' on your Actions page.
How to view and complete Scheduled Audits
💻 In the Vatix Workspace web app:
- Go to 'Actions' in the left sidebar
- Here, you can view the Scheduled Audits assigned to you
- Find the Scheduled Audit you want to complete
- Click the Audit row to see a details panel on the right
- Click 'Start Audit'. If you've already started, click 'Continue Audit' instead
- Complete all required fields in the Audit Form
- Click 'Submit'
📱 In the Protector Mobile app:
- Go to 'Actions' in the bottom menu
- Here, you can view the Scheduled Audits assigned to you
- Find the Scheduled Audit you want to complete
- Tap on the Audit to see the details
- Tap 'Start Audit'. If you've already started, tap 'Continue Audit' instead
- Complete all required fields in the Audit Form
- Tap 'Submit'
How to change a Scheduled Audit status to 'Won't Do'
If, for some reason, the Scheduled Audit will not be carried out, you can change its status to 'Won't Do'.
💻 In the Vatix Workspace web app:
- Go to 'Actions' in the left sidebar
- Open the Scheduled Audit
- In the details panel, click 'Won't Do'
- Enter a reason
- Confirm your selection
📱 In the Protector Mobile app:
- Go to 'Actions' in the bottom menu
- Tap on the Scheduled Audit
- Tap 'Won't Do' at the bottom
- Enter a reason
- Tap 'Confirm'
Note: 'Won't Do' is a final status and cannot be undone. Only use this if you genuinely cannot complete the Audit.
