How to log in to Vatix

How do I log in?

 

Applies to user roles: Account Owner, Manager, User

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app, Protector Mobile app

Logging in for the first time

When your account is created, you'll receive a 'Welcome to Vatix!' email inviting you to log in. The email contains a link that takes you to a page where you set your password (unless your organisation uses SSO).

How to log in to Vatix

Go to https://workspace.vatix.com/login/ or open the Protector Mobile app and enter your email address, then click 'Next'. What happens next depends on how your organisation has set up access.

Email and password

  1. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
  2. You will be taken to the https://auth.vatix.com/ page.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click 'Submit'.

You may also see a 'Login with a magic link' button on this screen if your organisation has this enabled (see below).

Tip: Select 'Keep me signed in' to stay logged in on your device.

Magic link

If your organisation has magic link enabled, you can log in without a password using a secure link sent to your email.

  1. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
  2. Click 'Login with a magic link'.
  3. On the Passwordless login screen, confirm your email address and click 'Send'.
  4. Open the email from Vatix with the subject 'Your Secure Sign-In Link' and click 'Sign In Now'.

Note: The link expires after 3 minutes. If it's expired, return to the login page and request a new one.

Tip: Check your Spam or Junk folder if you can't find the email.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation uses SSO, you won't need to enter a password in Vatix. The system detects your organisation from your email address and redirects you automatically.

  1. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
  2. You're redirected to your organisation's identity provider (Microsoft Entra or Okta).
  3. Enter your identity provider credentials and sign in.
  4. You're taken straight into Vatix Workspace.

What if my email address is not recognised?

If you see a message that your email address is not recognised, ensure that you are entering your email address correctly. If the issue persists, email support@vatix.com with a screenshot of the error message you are experiencing, we'll help you resolve the issue.
