As a user, you are most likely the person using the Safe Pro device or Lone Working app and are a lone worker.

As a user, you will have access to your own profile. You will receive your login details from Vatix in an email with the subject line 'Welcome to Vatix!' inviting you to join Protector via your registered email address. Click on the sign-in link in this email and log in using the details provided. This email may be in your Spam/Junk folder if not in your primary inbox.

You can update your own details such as your name, phone number and email address. You can also add medical information to your profile.
