Can I test the alarm?

Customers can raise a test alarm if they wish to familiarise themselves with the process. However, this should not be done on a regular basis. There is no need to contact us directly when you are carrying out a test alert.

If you have just received your Safe Pro device or mobile app and want to practise raising an alarm, please read the correct article related to the type of alarm you are using and the monitoring (Vatix 24/7 Monitoring or Self-Monitoring).
