How to add your medical information to your profile as a lone worker

Available on platforms: Vatix Workspace web app

If you have a Lone Working licence, you can add medical information to your profile. This information is shared with responders when you raise an alarm from a Safe Pro device or the Protector Mobile app, helping them provide the fastest and most appropriate support in an emergency.

For example, if you add your blood type and an allergy, responders at the Alarm Receiving Centre can share this with emergency services if needed.

How to add medical information to your profile

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Select 'View profile'.

  3. Open the 'Medical Information' section.

  4. Click 'Edit'.

  5. Enter or update your medical information.

  6. Click 'Save'.
