Any user with a Lone Working licence can add their medical information to their profile. This information can only be viewed when you raise an alert using your Safe Pro device or Lone Working app, and it is only used to get you the fastest and most appropriate emergency help.
For example, if you added your blood type and the fact you were allergic to penicillin to your profile, the responders at our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre would be able to communicate this to ambulance services in the event of an emergency.
Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select 'View profile'
Click 'Medical Information' and 'Edit' to add your medical information.
