If you are working in a low signal area, and wish to provide additional detail about where you are working and what you are doing, you can send a message through to the system.

This is frequently used alongside the Timed Alert button to provide additional information regarding location and working situation as it means that it would be easier to get help in the event of an emergency. This will not send the message directly to the responders or your contacts, but will be available to responders when an alarm is raised.

To add a note, tap 'Message'.

From here, you can select 'Send Text Message' or 'Send Voice message'.
