On the Vatix Lone Working app, you can add a text or voice message with extra details about your location and what you’re doing.
This can be especially useful if you’re in a low-signal area or working in a large building where GPS can’t detect floor or height, but it can be used in any situation to give responders more context. Adding this information alongside the Timed Alert makes it easier for responders to help in an emergency.
Note: These messages are not sent directly to your contacts or responders. They are stored in the system and only become visible if an alarm is raised.
To provide an update, tap Update.
From here, you can select Send Text Message, Send Voice Message or Upload Photo.
