How to leave a voice message on a Safe Pro device
You can leave a voice message on your Safe Pro before starting a visit or lone working task. This message is stored on your profile and can be accessed by alarm responders if you raise an alarm.
How to leave a voice message
- Locate the power button on the side of your Safe Pro.
- Quickly double-tap the power button on the side of the device.
- Wait for the long vibration and voice prompt.
- When prompted, say 'Voice memo' clearly.
- Follow the voice instructions.
- After the beep, record your voice message.
Include useful details such as your current location, the task you are carrying out, or the name of the client you are visiting.
Tip: Speak clearly and keep your message concise.
What happens next

After you leave your message, the line will either detect no speech and end the recording or will automatically end the recording after 30 seconds.

You will hear a prompt, 'Your message has been recorded', confirming that your message has been recorded.

No further action is needed; this message will appear on your alarm record in the event of an emergency and help your team ensure your safety.
How the voice message is used
Your message is uploaded automatically to your user profile.
It can be accessed if you raise an alarm by the alarm responders.
