Press the small on button twice quickly, and you will feel the device vibrate.

You will hear the following message: 'Welcome to the Vatix voice memo line. Please leave a short, detailed message that can help an operator in the event of an emergency.' Record your message after the beep. Your message could include information about where you are working or the client you are working with. For example, 'I am visiting Claire McGill at 76 Redfield Road, Floor 4 Flat B.'

This voice message will automatically be uploaded to your user profile and can be accessed by the responders at our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre if you raise an alert, or by your Managers if you are using Self-Monitoring.
