What is the 'My Devices' tab for if I'm using the Protector Mobile app?

If you use the mobile app for your lone worker solution, you will notice another tab called 'My Devices'. Please do not worry about this tab unless you use our physical Safe Pro device.

The 'My Devices' tab allows users to assign a specific lone worker device to themselves. If you do not have a physical device, you do not need to worry about this tab within the mobile app, as you will have the 'Safety' tab enabled, which will allow you to raise an alarm in the event of an emergency.

If you are meant to be using the mobile app, but the 'Safety' tab isn't visible at the bottom, please speak to your Account Owner, as they will have to assign the licence for you to use it.
