How to download and log into the Protector Mobile app

How to download and log into the Vatix Lone Working app.

 

  1. Download the app using the relevant link below:

    Click here to download the Protector Mobile app for Android from the Google Play store

     

  2. Log in to the app with your email address and password: When your account is created, you will receive an email containing your login details from Vatix with the subject line 'Welcome to Vatix!'. Click on the sign-in link in this email and log in using the details provided. This email may be in your Spam/Junk folder if not in your primary inbox. It will look like the screenshot below:

  3. Once logged in, you should be taken to this screen here. If you can't see this, it is because you do not have the mobile app licence assigned on your profile. Speak to your admin who will be able to assist with this. This article shows how to assign a mobile app licence to a user.
